At L30 Creatives, we respect your privacy and handle your project and personal data with strict confidentiality.

When you submit a project brief or inquiry, your information, including your name, business name, email address and project requirements, is used to communicate with you, process your design order and deliver final files.

We do not sell or rent your contact details or project assets. Financial payments are processed off-site through the payment provider shown during checkout; L30 Creatives does not collect or store your payment card numbers or banking passwords.

We use a small number of service providers to run the website and your project: Google Firebase stores project briefs, inquiries and an anonymous session ID that links a submission to your browser; PayPal processes payments; Resend delivers project and payment emails; and Vercel hosts the website and stores images and videos used on the blog. Each provider only receives the information needed to perform its part of the service.
