If you cancel your order before production begins, you may request a full refund.

Because L30 Creatives provides bespoke creative work, refund eligibility changes once production has started and draft concepts have been delivered. At that stage, concerns should first be addressed through the included revision round so the agreed brief can be refined.

If a project cannot be resolved after the included revision process, any further refund decision will be reviewed against the work completed, the agreed scope, and the circumstances of the project.

Any rights available through your payment provider or applicable consumer-protection law remain unaffected.
